Objective

1. To ensure availability of support and guidance to students for resolving their problems

2. To ensure holistic development of student

Role of Guardian Faculty Member:

1. Maintaining updated student Record as per index.

2. Academic counseling of students leading to better results.

3. Academic review of students for understanding their problems and progress.

4. Facilitating student interaction with stake holders ( Faculty members, HOD, Other departments, Various Institutional cells, Library, office, Industries & R&D Organizations)

5. Guiding students for effective utilization of Institutional resources for achieving excellence in all domains ( Enrolling On Moodle/ Self Learning Laboratory / MOOCS / NPTEL Certification/ Language Improvement / Personality Improvement)

6. Interaction with parents to understand their expectations, students problems and seeking their help as stake holder for the benefit of their ward & motivating students to participate in various co-curricular & extracurricular activities for over all development.

7. Providing relevant information to students about Competitions, Scholarship, Institutional facilities and provisions.
