Description: A webinar on “Recent Trends in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning” was organized for third year students by Department of Mechanical Engineering. The guest speaker was Mr.Amar Dhekale, Manager (Design and Development) Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd, Pune hosted the program. The Speaker was introduced by Ms. P.H.Kadam. The meeting was conducted on online platform using Google Meet. There were 60 participants. The speaker guided the students about recent trends in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. He provides information regarding HVAC systems, heat exchangers, types of compressors and their working. Also he elaborates heat load calculation by using thermal software (ThermalS).
The students on the other hand also cleared their doubts by asking questions to the speaker. The Entire session came to an end by the vote of thanks delivered by Mr. A.S. Nikhade.
