Department of Civil Engineering organized a webinar on “Career Opportunities in civil engineering”. The speaker was Ms. Divya Ranjan, Business Analyst at Swiftzer Technologies, Pune hosted the program. Mrs. S .A. Wadkar introduced the chief guest. The meeting was conducted on online platform using zoom. There were 52 participants. The speaker guided the students about the various career opportunities in office desk job as well as on site. She also aware students about soft skills enrichment needed for effective work life balance, also contributed in knowledge regarding various civil engineering discipline as it provides engineers with the ability to perform variety of complex calculations, modeling, drafting, designing practice and several analysis processes for civil engineering infrastructures & also gives information about the Diploma Program future scope in construction industry.
The students on the other hand also cleared their doubts by asking questions to the speaker. The Entire session came to an end by the vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Sayyad T. D., H.O.D.
