Description:

Department of Civil Engineering conducted a programme on “Shivjayanti” for First, Second and Third year student on 21/03/2022 from 10.20 am to 11.20 am.

The programme speaker was Mr. A. L. Dhekale, Lecture, Civil department. The speaker was introduced by Ms. Y. S. Kawade. The programme was conducted on offline platform. There were 120 participants. As per schedule, Respected Dr. Deokar sir, did the puja. After puja speech was given. The speaker guided the students about Shivaji Maharaj’s military forces expanded the Maratha sphere of influence, capturing and building forts, and forming a Maratha navy. Shivaji Maharaj established a competent and progressive civil rule with well-structured administrative organisations. Second year student Mr. Chaudhari Rajendra gave speech in Marathi with strong confident in his voice and body language. Speech was beautifully written by second year student Payal Tonape. Then students gave the Shiv Garjana.

The entire session came to an end by the vote of thanks delivered by Ms. S. R. Gaikwad.
