Department of Civil Engineering conducted a seminar on ’Numerical evaluation of soil profile’ for Second Year students on 25/04/2022 from 10:30 am to 11:30am. Mr. Aditya Desai was the resource person. He has done remarkable work in the field of soil testing under NABL and currently working as an Asst. Professor in PVPIT, Bavdhan.
In his seminar he briefly explained about various complex problem can faced by site engineer if soil fails. He also revise classification of soil on basis of IS, contributed in knowledge Regarding problem solving in geo technical engineering by using empirical formulas, as it provides students, knowledge about soil origin, types, properties and measured units required in geo technical field .
