Objective

It aims to develop and improve qualities such as communication skills, confidence, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and overall personal effectiveness. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, achieve success, and lead fulfilling lives.

About Event

The students and the faculty from the Department of Automation & Robotics from JSPM’s Jayawantrao Sawant Polytechnic, Hadapsar, Pune-28 attended Personality Development Seminar on Wednesday, 18th October 2023. For this seminar department has invited to Mr.Mahadeo Jamale.He is a Great “Prabodhak”and gives a speech on “How to live a Happy & stress-free life”. During his seminar he given the tips and tricks on stress-free life like , Stop Overanalyzing Situations That Haven’t Even Happened Yet, Stop Taking on Other People’s Problems, Stop Living Only in the Past and the Future, Get Present in the Moment, Stop Focusing on What You Don’t Have Instead of What You Have, Stop Surrounding Yourself With People Who Don’t Make You Happy, Stop Holding on to Grudges and Anger, Stop Living Too Much in Your Past, Stop Living Through Other People’s Lives, Stop Focusing Only on Your Weaknesses Instead of Your Attractive Qualities. The workshop started with an inaugural session and was inaugurated by the Vice-Principal of polytechnic Mr.Kalbande M.S.Automation & Robotics department HOD Mr.Chandankar V.M.Faculty Ms.Jadhav S.R.Ms.Pawar P.M.The programme were attended by the students and faculties. MS. Jadhav S.R., Lecturer of Automation & Robotics department delivered the welcome address of the inaugural session. It was followed by lighting of the lamp; felicitation of the guests; inaugural speech by the Head of the deepartment, Automation & Robotics department, Mr.Chandankar V.M.speech from guest of honour Mr.Mahadeo Jamale, Retired officer from education department of Government of Maharashtra,and Vote of Thanks by Ms.Pawar P.M., faculty, Automation & Robotics department.
