This expert lecture was organized for third year students of Electronics and Telecommunication engineering students. Ms. Nital Sarap started the lecture by introducing IPCS Global pvt ltd and need of Automation in industry and commercial applications.
She has explained A programmable logic controller (PLC) or programmable controller is an industrial computer that has been rugged and adapted for the control of manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines, machines, robotic devices, or any activity that requires high reliability, ease of programming, and process fault diagnosis. This seminar aimed to evaluate the knowledge of SCADA and Ladder programming on the students with an objective to assess such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines, amusement rides, or light fixtures. PLCs are used in many machines, in many industries.
